MEET BUBBLES! Bubbles, he has a pretty bubbly personality! He came to us as an impound and has lived at the shelter his whole life! He is two-years-old and is okay with other cats, but he thinks he is in charge. Bubbles loves to play with feather toys! Adoption Fee: $75
